— love it long

A few small habits that will keep it looking new.

Bespoke timber furniture only gets better with time, if you treat it kindly. Here's how.

Home/Care Guide

Daily

A soft microfibre cloth is all you need. Avoid harsh sprays or kitchen wipes — they'll dull the finish over time.

Weekly

Lightly dust crevices and carvings with a soft brush. Wipe painted surfaces with a barely-damp cloth, then dry immediately.

Quarterly

Inspect joints and hardware. Tighten any soft-close hinges. Use the brass polish cloth we include with toy boxes.

Yearly

Apply the included natural beeswax to oiled timber. Two thin coats, buffed in with the grain. A 30-minute job — nothing more.

Spills

Lift, don't rub. Blot with absorbent cloth, then dry. Painted surfaces are sealed but prolonged moisture is the enemy of any wooden piece.

Repairs

Scratches and chips are part of being loved. Email us a photo — we'll send a tiny repair kit, or take the piece back in to refinish if needed.

our promise

Five-year free-repair guarantee.

We stand behind every piece for five years from delivery. Anything that breaks under normal use, we'll fix or replace — at our cost.
